José Villalba

Founder of TurboTasking

I’m José. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked in Windows-based office environments and developed a habit of finding faster ways to handle repetitive tasks.

I currently work at an IT company in Germany, and coworkers know me as the person who usually has a shortcut, workaround, or small tool that saves time.

My background is in engineering, but TurboTasking is built around something more practical: helping office workers reduce friction and get more done with the tools they already have.

Why TurboTasking

TurboTasking exists because I kept seeing the same pattern at work: tasks that looked normal, but were actually wasting time every single day.

A lot of productivity advice assumes you can install whatever you want, redesign your workflow from scratch, or rely on a stack of new apps. In many office jobs, that simply is not realistic.

That is why TurboTasking focuses on practical improvements that fit real corporate setups: built-in Windows features, Microsoft tools, browser workflows, text expansion, automation, and repeatable small wins.

If you work with Microsoft tools in a locked-down environment, you’re in the right place.
